Julianne Booth Rothert, an attorney at Wake Family Law Group, focuses on Premarital Agreements, Separation and Property Settlement Agreements and litigation involving Equitable Distribution, Alimony, Child Support and Child Custody.

A native of Conway, South Carolina, Ms. Rothert received a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University in 1997.  She was admitted to practice in North Carolina in 2002 after having received a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Campbell University School of Law that same year. While in law school, she served as Editor-at-Large of the Campbell Law Review and was a research assistant for Williston on Contracts, 4th Edition, one of the leading contract law treatises in the nation. Ms. Rothert was a member of the Dean Jerome Prince Evidence Moot Court Team and was an elected member of student government each of her three years of law school. She is currently a member of the Young Lawyers' Division of the Wake County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Family Law section of the North Carolina State Bar.
