The web site provides an overview of the firm’s practice areas and attorneys, along with a comprehensive collection of resources for individuals who are preparing for a separation or divorce.
The new lsite, wakefamilylawgroup.com, was developed by Killer Creative Group and Fitzpatrick Communications.

Wake Family Law Group Relocates to North Hills in Raleigh North Carolina
Wake Family Law Group, specializing in complex North Carolina legal issues involving separation, divorce, child custody and the distribution of assets, has relocated its offices from downtown Raleigh to 4350 Lassiter at North Hills Avenue, Suite 360.
The firm currently has six attorneys working in the new Raleigh location: Marc Sokol, Cathy McLamb, Michael Schilawski, Helen Oliver, Suzanne Ladd and Jenny Bradley.

Experienced Family Law Specialists Form New NC Legal Practice
A group of Wake County’s most experienced family law attorneys are joining forces to create a new law firm: Wake Family Law Group. The new firm will offer clients a strong collection of board certified North Carolina family law specialists under a single roof.
“The creation of Wake Family Law Group allows our clients to leverage the collective insight and experience of our partners. We have a tremendous amount of legal knowledge and expertise in divorce-related matters to help guide our clients through this difficult process,” said Marc Sokol, one of five partners in the new practice. Other partners include Cathy McLamb, Michael Schilawski, Helen Oliver and Suzanne Ladd.
The group will specialize in handling the complex legal issues surrounding separation and divorce in North Carolina, including alimony and post-separation support, child custody and child support issues, and the equitable distribution of assets.
